A Therapist Who Gets It
If you are reading this, you are probably exhausted. You are tired of pretending you have it all together, tired of the relentless pressure of the "hustle and bounce-back" culture, and tired of feeling disconnected from yourself.
You are looking for a therapist who doesn't just nod and ask, "How does that make you feel?" You are looking for someone who actually gets it.

My Clinical Approach: Healing that feels less like a burden and more like a return
I founded Nourish Mental Health because I saw a massive gap in how we care for mothers. Society focuses entirely on the baby, while the mother is left to navigate the intense physical, emotional, and professional whiplash completely alone.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Perinatal Mental Health, Corporate Burnout, and Eating Disorder Recovery, I work at the intersection of your most hidden struggles.
In my office (or on our telehealth screen), there are no "bad" thoughts

I am a trained Brainspotting Practitioner. Talk therapy is wonderful, but for high-achieving mothers, we can often intellectualize our feelings without actually healing them.
Brainspotting allows us to bypass your exhausted 'thinking brain' and access the deep, subcortical parts of your nervous system where trauma, burnout, and body shame are actually stored. You don't have to have the perfect words to heal here.

We will dismantle the "invisible mental load" and give you actual tools to stop carrying 90% of your household's stress.

We will validate the grief, the rage, and the profound beauty of matrescence (the transition to motherhood).

I am a weight-inclusive provider. We will not fixate on shrinking your postpartum body; we will focus on expanding your life and finding peace with food.

Everyone deserves to feel at home in their body, their mind, and their healing space. And before we can change unhelpful patterns, you need to feel safe enough to examine them. I work to normalize your experiences, then help you understand what's keeping you stuck and what could work better.
That's why clients often say my office feels like "home" - because
real change happens when you're not in survival mode.

I'm deeply honored when someone trusts me with their story—the beautiful parts, the painful parts, and everything in between. That trust is sacred to me.
I've always been drawn to the beauty in messiness—like kintsugi pottery, where broken pieces are repaired with gold and become more stunning than the original. Maybe that's why I love working with people who've been through hard things; I see the gold in their cracks before they do.
